How we handle your data
This page is managed by Sakartvelo Tours and answers common privacy and security questions. It is not an independent certification and may be updated over time.
What data we collect
To create a booking, we save the information you provide in the form: name, phone, email (optional), number of people, preferred date, and additional notes. When leaving a blog comment or tour review, we save the text you provide.
What we use this data for

Security controls
- Database protects row-level security policies — each user sees only their own bookings, and administration is carried out only by authorized operators/administrators.
- Supabase Auth is used for authorization (email/password or Google). Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
- Transport is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS).
- Sensitive admin panel operations happen via server functions that verify the user's role on every request.
- File storage (tour photos, logo) is protected by access rules — only administrators can upload and delete.
Subprocessors and integrations
The site receives help from the following services only for their functional purpose:
- Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — database, authorization, file storage.
- Lovable Hosting — site hosting and CDN.
- Google Search Console — search statistics (without personal data).
Cookies and analytics
نستخدم التخزين التقني لتسجيل الدخول. دون موافقة نسجل إحصاءات مجهولة من الطرف الأول عن الصفحة واللغة ونوع الجهاز والوقت، دون ملفات تعريف ارتباط أو معرّفات دائمة للزوار. عند تهيئتها، تُحمّل Google Analytics 4 فقط بموافقة التحليلات، وGoogle Ads وMeta Pixel فقط بموافقة التسويق. قد تستخدم هذه الخدمات ملفات تعريف ارتباط وتتلقى بيانات الاستخدام. يمكنك تغيير اختيارك في إعدادات ملفات الارتباط.
Data retention
Booking records are kept for operational history purposes. If you want to delete or correct your data, write to us — we will delete the data within a reasonable time after contact, unless a legal obligation prevents this.
Cancellation and deposit
- لتأكيد الحجز — عربون 10%؛ والـ 90% المتبقية عند الوصول.
- قبل 7 يوماً أو أكثر — 100% استرداد المبلغ المدفوع.
- قبل 3 إلى أقل من 7 أيام — 50% استرداد المبلغ المدفوع.
- قبل 2 يوماً أو أقل — المبلغ المدفوع غير قابل للاسترداد.

- If the tour is cancelled for our reasons (weather, safety, small group), we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
