How do I book a tour?

Pick a tour on the "Tours" page, click it and fill out a short form — name, date, group size, contact info. After booking we'll reach out via WhatsApp or phone within a few hours to confirm.

Do I need to pay in advance?

Accepted Answer

An upfront payment is not required to make a booking. After confirmation you can pay half in advance — the rest on the day of the tour in cash or by card.

Question 3

What's included in the tour price?

Accepted Answer

Usually included: transport (comfortable minibus or car), a professional guide, entry tickets to the main locations. Not included: food (unless stated otherwise) and personal expenses. Exact details are on each tour page.

What languages are the tours conducted in?

Georgian, English and Russian. For a guide in another language — contact us in advance.

Is a private tour possible?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can build a custom itinerary or request a private group tour on any of our routes. Reach out via WhatsApp — we'll agree on details.

What happens in bad weather?

For safety the tour may be rescheduled to another date free of charge, or we may offer an alternative route. Full refunds are issued if rescheduling is not possible.

How far in advance should I book?

Two to three days ahead is better, especially in season (May–October). That said, we try to accommodate last-minute requests too.

Are the tours suitable for children?

Accepted Answer

Most routes are family-friendly and multi-age. Extreme tours (e.g. mountaineering, full Kazbegi ascent) are more suitable for kids 12+. Discounts for children — contact us for details.

What currency do you accept?

Georgian Lari (GEL), US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) — cash or card. Bank transfer is possible for advance bookings.

I don't live in Tbilisi — where do you pick up?

Accepted Answer

We're flexible — pickup from Tbilisi or Kutaisi airport, your hotel, or another starting point. We agree on this at the booking stage.
