This page is maintained by Sakartvelo Tours. It explains where the photography on this site comes from, how we credit authors, and the exact steps we follow when a copyright claim is submitted.
Image sources
Part of the photography on our tour pages comes from material published on the official website of Georgia's Agency of Protected Areas nationalparks.ge and is used with permission. The remaining images are shot by our own team, provided by our partners, or properly licensed.
How we respect copyright
We publish material we own, have licensed, or have permission to use, and we credit the source and author wherever possible. We do not distort the content of images and we do not resell them as standalone products. If any image is published in error or credited incorrectly, we correct or remove it.
Publicly available images
Some images were taken from publicly accessible web pages, including pages found through Google search. It is often impossible today to establish the original source of such a photo and identify its author, so contacting every author in advance is not realistic.
This does not deny anyone's rights: on any substantiated request the image is taken down, replaced, or licensed with the author's permission — whichever the author prefers.
