Terms of service

To confirm a booking you pay 10% of the agreed total price. The deposit is part of the full price — the remaining 90% is paid on arrival. You first send a request, our operator confirms availability, and only then you pay the deposit.

Example: on a 1,000 GEL booking the deposit is 100 GEL and 900 GEL remains payable. Cancelling 21 or more days ahead returns 50 GEL.

Days are counted between the arrival date agreed in the booking and the date the cancellation is received, Georgian time (Asia/Tbilisi). Exactly 21 days — 50% refunded; 20 days or fewer — non-refundable.
