Terms of service
Below are the booking, payment and cancellation terms currently in force.
Deposit and payment
To confirm a booking you pay 10% of the agreed total price. The deposit is part of the full price — the remaining 90% is paid on arrival. You first send a request, our operator confirms availability, and only then you pay the deposit.

Cancellation: 7+ days before arrival — full refund of the amount paid; 3 to fewer than 7 days — 50% refund; fewer than 3 days — non-refundable. Days are counted in Georgian time (Asia/Tbilisi).
In force from 2026-10-11 (version 2026-10-11). Bookings made before that date keep the terms agreed at the time of booking.
